"Made an alignment appointment, left work at a half day, just to arrive to their techs calling off and telling me today's not a good day. Nobody bothered to call me and let me know my appointments been cancelled just like I'm sure this company would have liked in return. I wasted personal time off at my job and gas to drive here. So I stupidly rescheduled, 2 days later it's just bad vibes as soon as I come in the office. Let me tell you I should have followed my gut and just left. It would have been better for my car, my wallet, and my time for the second time. All I wanted was an alignment on a family beater work car. Sure some boots were not in the best condition but it seemed they were more interested in checking my oil and battery than doing the job I asked them to do. After I watched them pull it out of the alignment bay and fail to do a drive test(they literally just parked it) I went in and paid the $165 price to get my keys back before this company nor I had a test drive. At this point I'm just glad to have my car out of these clowns possession. The car still pulls hard one way, they did nothing to counter the pull. The car feels the exact same. I paid $165 for a car inspection I didn't ask for. I will never come here again."
