"Brought my wife's BMW X5 to have it inspected for a sagging rear suspension. Mark the manager diagnosed it right away and gave me the breakdown. Rear air bag was ruptured along with some other major suspension issues. Anyhow, I was quoted a price that was alot less then had I taken it to a dealer.
