"The manager on duty was extreme helpful and professional, the auto technicians went through extra efforts to insure the proper headlight bulb on my 2016 Dodge Challenger was accurate, this may seem small, but I found the bulb is High Definition. Important."

"I love my Firestone crew. I always know that they will take care of me right. I had to take my Xterra into a Nissan dealer for recall work. They were recommending about $2500 worth of work besides the recall work. I said no and went to my Firestone store. They couldn't see any problems with some of the things the Nissan dealer said I needed. I had the things Firestone recommended and only paid a little over $500. Thanks guys."

"INEXPERIENCED TECHS! This particular location needs a bit more education and training for their employees. Not only did they break a lug nut in HALF on my sons wheel, and his key...and damaged his wheel, but they put the other wheels back on and said "sorry, you're gonna have to take it somewhere else to get fixed"...verbatim. Right out of the manager's mouth. Who does that?! And this was after arriving at 9:30am for a 10am appointment, and didnt leave until 3:30pm!!! Didnt even get all of the old wheels off in order to have the new wheels put on! How about take some accountability and fix it yourself. Awful attitude, horrible work ethics, and no consideration or accountability. The truck had to be taken to 3 other shops because the tech from Firestone didn't put the impact all the way on, and twisted the lug nut. All 3 shops knew exactly what Firestone did wrong and could see where the impact was placed. I'm all for young kids getting started in life doing what they love, but train your employees so they don't ruin your customers vehicles, and receive proper training to avoid situations like this, and the many others documented in the online complaints with your location. As for your "manager", when you have someone with an entitled attitude and an unprofessional demeanor, it doesn't look good for anybody at your shop, or the Firestone name."

"Guy who greeted me was nice and welcoming and the job was done relatively quick. Only complaint was paying for a balance and rotate they didn't pressure check my tires so my light went off telling me all my tires were different pressure. Easy fix for me but still would be nice to not have to adjust my own pressure."
