"We had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and updated. Very good place to stay. would definitely recommend it."
"My first impression is that they shoveled snow into the handicap assessable access ramps. My niece is handicapped and needs to use these to get around. The second impression is that you can tell that the beds are outdated and have miles on them. You can see two clear divots where they have been used for years. The last thing that I wanted to address is that I’ve requested now three times to have a folio emailed to me for a work expense and twice they just forgot and said “we’re working on that” over the space of a week. This is under the standard I hold for a best western."
"The room cleanliness was the main issue. There was mold and mildew all over the bathroom, and the a/c in my room did not work. There was also an odor of old smoke in my room."
"If you like a budget price and don't mind the smell of an old house and stinky carpet, this is for you. The room was clean but old. The bed was comfortable. Next time I hotel it, I'm bring my own air fresheners!"
