"This restaurant is AMAZING!!! They look closed due to some renovations but they are definitely open!!!! I ordered the pot roast with the garlic mashed potatoes and gravy. The roast was so tender and very tasty. Didn't need to add salt or pepper. The gravy was phenomenal. My son ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was the best we'd ever tried. He ate the whole thing. My daughter ordered Avocado bacon burger as a double. The hamburger tasted like it was grilled and was so yummy! All 3 of us also had the most amazing chicken noodle soup. This place was so yummy that we came back for breakfast. Was not at all disappointed. So impressed we're now sitting here on our last night in Ontario, having dinner here again. Ordered the ribeye steak and potatoes and I'm sure it's going to be delicious!!! You should just try it yourself and leave your own 5 star rating. Our waitresses all 3 times were so pleasant and friendly, Terry was our favorite though. Thanks for the 5 star experience."

"They’re renovating but it smells and Looks clean. Really reasonably priced. Large selection on menu. Our waitress reminded me of my grandma and was very attentive but not overbearing. I had soup and salad. Simple salad just spring mix with a few baby carrots and onion slices. The ranch dressing was really tasty! The potato soup was thick and creamy with good size chunks of perfectly cooked potatoes topped with bacon and cheese. It came in a medium sized bowl, not a tiny cup and was hot through. I was less hungry and tired of heavy food and this meal filled me up nicely. My husband had a the big country burger (double patty). The beef actually smelled like beef. He said it was really good and the fries are crispy and tasty. This restaurant is one of only a few in the area that are not “fast food”. I recommend you try it out and help keep it open! (There were only four couples in the entire place at lunch on a Wednesday)"

"Fried green beans are awesome bits of crunchy yumm. The stuffing needed more flavor, and was more just mushy bread. The turkey gravy and mac n cheese was good. And a perfectly mixed Arnold Palmer. Went again in November. They have been remodeling. It looks very different. I miss thecomphy booth look. The food is still good though. I hope it was Choice Hotels, not the owners of this Clarion, made the decision."
