"Drive through food was small portions. Ordered cheese burgers and frys, no drinks. Recieved only thin sliced 1/2 tomatoes, pickle, ton of onion, chunky lettuce. Bun was way bigger (1/2inch or more)than the burger, a sliver of cheese. The cheese tots were ok, no sauce available for burger or frys. Price was too high for what I got."

"I hate going to the ontario location anymore. The dinner crew are so disrespectful and act as if everything is an inconvenience. I went through the drive thru and ordered roughly $30 worth of food got home ( weiser) and realized they shorted us half our food. I called and talked to the rudest manager. She had such an attitude and talked to me as if I was below her. I let her know what had happened and she told me they couldn't help me if I didn't have a receipt, which thankfully I did. She huffed and puffed and when I told her " Thank you" and that it would be a minute because we were coming from weiser She HUNG UP ON ME! this isn't the first time I've felt with such disrespect from the ontario burger King. If you can't handle the food industry don't work for it! I will no longer waste my money and time at the ontario location."

"I do not normally rate franchise businesses, but I have to speak out. Ordered number 9 lunch. The bread was stale, the lettuce was old, the softdrink was watered down, the ketchup was ALSO watered down. Very dissatisfied with the lunch. The only item that was good were the fries. Who water's down the ketchup????"

"They didn't have bacon, charged us for bacon burgers still no milkshakes and the car Infront of us they got his order wrong 3 separate times and he still ended up with his food not right!! Good luck but usually it's pretty good unless you want a milkshake"

"Went to the drive-up Sunday evening. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took probably 5-6 minutes to get to the speaker. The guy says I'll be with you in a minute. It was at least 10 min before I heard from him again while cars just kept lining up behind me. I must say the onion rings are the worst ever, burgers were ok but barely warm. I threw the onion rings away when I got home."
