Love's Travel Stop

"I’m disgusted and disappointed with this loves. I took a shower and when the toilet lid was lifted there was diarrhea smeared! It looked like it had been there awhile. Wi-Fi is ok, some buffering. Good truck parking, store was well stocked."

"Very bad experience tonight bunch of people working there that need safe spaces ... I asked if someone was going to clean the 2 shower I just saw empty but they were to busy chatting it up and laughing by the hot dogs to worry about their job... They got upset and told me as 2 of them were standing at the fuel desk that they didn't have enough employees to clean the showers right now and I could go somewhere else and proceeded to kick me out of the truck stop cause I wasnt nice... Went into the chicken place and said 1 sentence.. Can i have any strips? She told me it was closed I said its always closed and left... But still that upset her she told her manager i wasnt nice... The whole evening crew here are lazy except 1 who is usually nice but she was at the other cash regi6...way to treat the drivers who frequent your truckstops Would be nice if youd hire people that like their jobs better. We are tired and dirty and want showers not a smart mouths from your employees ... If they would have just cleaned the showers id have been gone"

"Mike was working in Subway today and I wanted to leave a good review for him. He was working hard with a great attitude. He greeted me when I was waiting and honestly that kind of genuine care makes people feel great even if they didn't expect that sort of interaction while picking up some subway."

"To sum it up lazy rude and unprofessional. Lady at the front desk starts off with I need you to walk to the front instead of to My bay next time with an attitude. She seems like a meth head. Of course I understand but put some signage which guides to do so I don't know which side I'm supposed to walk in your front office from if I'm pulling into a bay that's open and unattended. Then she continues to tell me that they are packed up. Whereas both service bays were empty and there was no trucks lined up for any kind of service. To the management I would request to look into your service department employees for turning away business."

"My favorite go to travel stop. They have everything. The last time I was there, the windshield wash water was exactly that, just water, no cleaner. Also, the towel dispensers were both empty. It's also the first Love's I've been to that didn't have long handled wash brushes. They just need more regular service. Restrooms are always clean. Easy in and out and very close to I84."
