"I feel like this Carl's Jr is really good. I've never had a problem with the food or service. Everyone there is really nice. Infact there is a guy that usually works evenings and he is amazing! He is a true professional, I really appreciate how great he is. I wish I could remember his name, I'll find out because he deserves a reward or a raise or something! The inside is totally fine, I just don't care to eat inside, I'm definitely not trying to be disparaging of the interior."
"Food was below average and simple requests aren't so simple for this location for some reason. Low quality veggies on burgers and BK has better burgers for cheaper. Also the food wasn't even hot? Maybe Luke warm but honestly the fries tasted old and were inedible."
"It has gotten very dirty over the years. Needs a deep clean and to be cleaned daily. Kids play area needs a super deep clean, has clothing items throughout and the smell is rancid. Food was ok, just needs better management that will keep things clean front and back."
"This is a basic Carl's Jr. We got the Spicy chicken sandwich. Mine was fine, although the ingredients were in lumps on the chicken, rather than spread out. My wife's was like that too, but was quite greasy and had a chunk of carbonized batter that must have been floating around in the deep fryer inside -- an unwelcome added extra extra that tasted awful. Otherwise it was OK."
