"Traveled 2.5 hours to go buy a washing machine on sale just to get there and be told that they don't have it... I can't have the floor model... and they can't deliver it... so if I could spend an additional $150 in fuel to drive back in 4 days and pick one up... you won't get any of my money I was gonna buy the whole set... now I won't buy anything ever again from you... what happened to the days when stores actually tried to help customers..."

"There was a time when Home Depot was incredible. I actually was told by an employee exactly how to renovate an entire bathroom, this was about 15 years ago, or so. At a time when employees were knowledgeable, with many ex-contractors and such. One gets the feeling that if Home Depot paid better, had more employee incentives, they might actually distinguish themselves like they used to do. Employees are polite and helpful but not really trained to understand the products. In other words, why even go to home Depot if you're not getting expert advice? The prices are reasonable but not outstanding, not like Harbor Freight which may not have the quality at all times, but the price is always right. I just feel like a lot was lost in this establishment over the years. They do try to have things like workshops and such, but when you had knowledgeable employees it really made the store stand out as something special. There used to be a reason why one would go here as opposed to another store like Lowe's. That is lacking these days. It's arbitrary as to whether one buys in either location. I guess as a shareholder, or if I had stock in the company I would be pretty outraged at this fact, and as a consumer it is certainly noticeable."

"I had a wonderful experience at this location. Nina, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to help me. I was in search of a faucet and she provided me with numerous options. Unfortunately, the one that was on sale was out of stock. However, Nina kindly offered me alternative options and even provided me with a discount. I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for various purchases, from doors to materials for my house. I will definitely make it a priority to visit this location in the future. Thank you for employing staff members like Anita/Nina."

"Home Depot has been so unorganized recently. My husband and I are building a fence and we went to Home Depot to get pickets and saw that they were covered in mold so we asked an associate if we can get other ones and and he said if we go down to customer service buy the pickets he will load them. We went down to customer service and paid for the pickets and asked the gal if she would call them and she said we would need to go find the guy. I don’t understand why she couldn’t call them for us and why we had to hunt him down again. It was a giant mess but we ended up getting the pickets eventually. Fast forward to today we went in to get more pickets so this time I went directly to customer service and said I need 150 pickets and asked if they could load them. She called and said it will be a little bit. My mom and I waited with my baby in the car for over an hour! No one could give us a time estimate… so unprofessional and unorganized. They could have told us it would be a couple hours or so instead of “a little bit” or “idk” we ended up leaving and I’m having to go back later today to get more pickets. At least the last gal I dealt with actually wanted to help me."
