"Jacksons is going to run Pilot's name into the ground. At best, they are politely rude to the customers. This is management I'm talking about,and maybe a couple of their staff. Most of the staff are OK. But Management has people skills issues in my opinion. I won't be back! I live not far from here and stop here frequently for fuel and showers.No more!!! Loves is right up at the next exit!"

"This was a quick stop for us. It was morning and I needed a good cup of coffee. They did not disappoint. I also got a Jamocha Milkshake from Arby's. It was pure heaven. They have plenty of parking here and leaving was easy. I didn't get lost trying to find the exit."
