"You hear all the popularity with this restaurant. However the first time I had ever tried it was ridiculous. I ordered a bowl and then get charged and extra 2 dollars for a tiny thing of guacamole and a extra 2 dollars for sour cream That I needed up having to add more at home. The staff were not friendly at all. The place was pretty gross stuff all over floor and trash over flowing. Was not worth my time or money."
"My husband and I have both been excited to try the new Chipotle here in Ontario, but we wanted to wait until the lines died down before going. So we waited until a calm Thursday night when there wasn’t many cars in the parking lot and we went in for dinner. I’ve travelled all across the U.S and have eaten at Chipotle numerous times in many different cities. I knew how tasty Chipotle was! The flavor profiles were spot on with the food! However, I’ve never seen a Chipotle be so skimpy with their food. Every time I’ve eaten at Chipotle my bowl is full to the brim. Not this Chipotle though. My husband and I were both disappointed with the portion provided. We paid $24 for 2 half filled bowls. I’m leaving a 2 star review because all though we didn’t get our moneys worth, the flavors were spot on!"
"Horrible service, rude staff, I was give a small portion of what I paid for(reference picture). They were obviously giving people smaller portions on purpose so they don't have to make more food. The food I got looked like it would make me sick so I didn't even eat it. My wifes order was just as bad. Don't come here if you want chipotle because this is not it!"
"Arriving at 6 pm, I found the place in quite a disarray. Almost everything on the menu was unavailable, and the entire establishment appeared unkempt. Dirty tables, soiled floors, and even the food-handling counter were smeared with food and fingerprints. To make matters worse, there was no functioning bathrooms, and I observed several employees standing around. Such a level of cleanliness and service is inexcusable, especially when it wasn't particularly busy"
