"so for the most part I understand where store like this come in. my wife had bought me a laotop from here for christmas because she coould not afford one outright and we had done bussiness with them before. Having it set up by one of the employees there. However when my wife got the laptop it was set up by the stomre manager Jason and it was a nightmare from the gate. He set the laptop on one charge, the protection on another and the aarons club on another, causing her card to get locked up every month for suspicious activity. I tried to talk to Jason a couple of times about the issue and tried to resolve it and he was less than helpfull tellling me that it was a bank issue not how he set up the lease. finnally figuring out that I could go online and take the ez-pay off my account myself because he would not I also removed all cards from their system. Later on my wife was having issues recieving her paycheck from her job. we called and spoke to a woman down there and she was very helpful in letting us skip a payment. as she started a new job and we explained the situation to Jason about getting things caught up with them and other bills, Jason was very pushy about getting money from us that we simply did not have. after doing research on my own again i found out that we actually were covered under the Aarons club membership. when I spoke to Jason about it I explained my distain for the fact that we pay for this club and we easily qualify for it he stated there was to much paperwork for it and that if we could make 1/2 a payment he would extend out the payments. what he did not tell us is that he wanted 1/2 a payment on the 2nd then another payment on the 3rd and then then that months payment on the 5th. (way to extend it out and help your customers Jason)! after this I had informed Jason that i will no longer deal with him and his shady ways. that i would happily deal with anyone else there. I even informed his corporate office of this and they informed me not to speak with him. since then Jason has added our account back to ez-pay ignored his corprate office and continued to call and harrass my wife and I and tells me that "if we want anything done we will deal with him". the man is a bully and i do not recomend this store to anyone. If you need to use Aarons please do yourself a favor and drive the 1/2 hour to nampa and use that one."

"Jason at Ontario Oregon Aaron loves to take back cockroach invested stuff and resell it so if you buy something and get cockroaches you know why but I literally have a rug with a little bit of dirt on it and got told I couldn't clean it to send it back hopefully they get shut down I don't recommend them go to rent a center at least they are better and won't harass you especially at stores"

"So far we have bought a washer and couch from Aaron's, and we are satisfied. The washer has made our lives so much easier. We went in to get a couch, and Jesus was attentive and helpful, but still also gave us space to look around the store and really decide what we want and need. We had our couch delivered and assembled by Tyler and Jordan. They were professional, courteous, punctual, and friendly. I appreciate the service we got and am feeling glad we made these purchases."
