"Paid nearly 12k for a bed at this location because the sales person raved about the all inclusive warranty. We have been having issues with the bed for several months now, they have sent us 4 different parts to install and repair the issue ourselves however none of the parts have all been unsuccessful at correcting the issue. The bed has not been operational for 3 months now. They refuse to send a technician out to repair the problem. They keep referring us to Leggit and Platt as they are the local manufacturer, however they also refuse to help us. We are very disappointed that Sleep Number charges exorbitant prices for a product they refuse to stand behind!"
"Garrett was very helpful. He asked us the situation we were needing a bed & when we told him it was for a vacation lake house, he didn't try to push the most expensive model. He wasn't pushy when we said we needed to think about it but did f/u with a note in the mail a wk. or 2 later. When we went back to buy the bed he said he would be following up with us on the shipping etc. Appreciate his being thorough but not pushy."
