"The guy at the front counter was extremely rude. He was watching videos on the computer when I walked in, he seemed annoyed that he had to stop and deal with a customer. He did not greet me, even after I said hello. He just awkwardly started at me. After about 10 seconds I said I needed a part, he shrugged his shoulders and turned his hands as if it was an outlandish request. I did not have a part number, that's my bad I guess, but I did have the part with me. He said there was nothing he could do for me without a part number, he did not offer any further explanation or advice. This business was recommend to me by family. I was disappointed to say the least, I will not be coming back. I don't mind spending a little extra money to support small, local business. But after this interaction, amazon it is."
"Guy at the counter needs to learn some manners and people skills. I sent my wife in for a few parts today, and he proceeded to tell her that she doesn't know what she was talking about. I gave her all the part numbers she needed, but he continued to belittle her. Will not be coming back."
