Red Racks is a veteran-owned thrift store located at 3132 South Rangeline Road in Joplin, Missouri. Since 1958, we have been offering great prices and quality items to shoppers in Kansas City and throughout Missouri. Our 12 well-organized stores are filled with one-of-a-kind treasures waiting to be discovered.
When you shop at Red Racks, you are not only getting a great deal, but you are also supporting your local community and Disabled American Veterans. All items for sale in our stores have been generously donated by local residents. You can also give back by donating gently used or new clothes and toys at our Kansas City or Missouri locations.

"Went for the first time, and they do have lots of items like clothing, shoes, toys, dishes, and other household items. I was shocked at how expensive some of the things were, especially since a lot of the stuff is from donations. Used t-shirts $10 that were clearly worn. Going to the Goodwill next time."
"The prices they’re “trying” to charge is absolutely astounding.. when I walk into a THRIFT STORE I’m not expecting to see a pair of shoes for $140! And no.. inflation is no excuse when all the items you sell are donated to you. I thought goodwill was bad… this is so much worse."
"Very expensive. "Vintage" clothing is pre sorted out and marked way up. Great selection of all the things and deals are still to be found but only if they missed it during the sorting process. Anything "old" is marked up in some cases above antique store prices. Dresses run $10 plus. Coats were $20+. Discount Colors each week take 25% or 50% off the "regular" price which helps."
"Requires masks and better than other unmentioned " thrift type stores " staff was friendly. Prices are for donations to veterans so I feel comfy spending .Owned and operated by Veterans. Only thrift I know that accepts clothes in any condition as they know the value of recycling."
