"Let me start by saying the delivery team has been exceptional every time they made a delivery. My first purchase last year went great. My second was less than ideal. The lack of communication was my biggest problem. Not once was I updated about the status of my order, anticipated delivery or installation update. When I tried to address my concerns the manager told me things like I should "slide my old range back over and hook it up" after I discovered on my installation date that my range wasn't even in. The manager said he would just cancel my order if I didn't like his answer. I did cancel the installation service at that point. If I hadn't already taken part of them I would have refunded the entire order. The person I felt worst for was the employee that was supposed to do the install. I was the third or fourth install he had lost that week because of the manager and his attitude. I even tried reaching out to the main office and shocker, they didn't answer and haven't returned a phone call."

"I highly recommend them! I've bought a Speed Queen washer, that I ❤️, my cousin was so impressed with it that she went & bought one just like it & a matching dryer, which she ❤️. When my Maytag dryer blew up in December I called Robin, who is awesome to deal with, & bought a Speed Queen dryer that matches my washer. I live in Miami & work & she handled everything by phone so I didn't have to drive over there. The delivery guys are courteous & professional. They are my go to for appliances & have good prices."
"What a great group of people that want to ensure you get exactly what you need. The new showroom has more choices than you would find anywhere else in the area and have the same pricing as the big box stores. Love that they are employee owned and adds extra level of care to the whole transaction."
