"In need of an iPad so stopped in. Plenty of employees scattered when I walked in from where they were gathered at the door. Went to customer service and was told to stand at the apple table. Plenty of employees standing around while some helped others. Waited over 20 minutes waiting on someone to help me. Walked out with 5 employees gathered around talking. Spend money elsewhere!"

"Asked an employee where their headsets were and he walked me over to them. I saw a headset priced at 199.99. Looked sick. And better than the one I had. Asked if that was the price of the headset and he confirmed it. Walked to the front with it, and he said it was actually 349.99. I asked why it was labeled that way if he would honor the price listed. Him and another employee walked over to find it was in the wrong spot. He said if it was 50 bucks he would honor it but not 150. He said "it's not our fault that a customer might have put it in the wrong spot". Crazy to think that makes it my fault it was in the wrong spot. He then walked off, I asked the first employee if he was going to check on something or what the plan was and he said "he's helping another customer right now, so I think that's gonna be the price.""

"Made an appointment through Apple to get my IPhone XS battery replaced using my Apple account and phone serial number. Appt. was for 12:20 and I arrived 10 minutes early. This was the closest service center to me and is an hour away. Techs were helping walk-in customers so couldn't check in until 12:21. Was told they would be right with me.... not. They continued helping walk-ins and didn't get to me until 12:45. Spent 10-15 minutes while they ran diagnostics. Finally the Tech told me they would have to replace the speaker too? Fine, sure, just get it done please. Tech wrote down the part numbers and disappeared for 10 minutes and upon return stated that they did not have the battery. What the.....????? I was flabbergasted! An hour to drive to the store, an hour at the store, and an hour back with nothing! Not to mention the cost of gas.Tech told me how people come from all over to have their phones serviced and sometimes there are other problems with the phone. What? Told him that it was not the case for my phone and why didn't they know I was bringing in a specific phone? Told me they could order a battery... no thanks, as I believe I have stepped into a Best Buy store for the last time! Guess I'll drive to the Apple Store in Tulsa next time but call in advance for part availability."

"Jimmy helped us. He answered every question we had. What he did not know an answer to, he was honest and looked it up. He made sure we purchased what we needed and let us know we had protection on our plan. The entire time, he was pleasant and respectful to our conversation.
