"Appliance King is the KING appliance store in Joplin! I needed a new washer and spent less than $300 on the washer plus delivery! They delivered it in less than 2 hours and brought it all the way up to my third floor apartment! Could not be more grateful for that! They hooked it all up and I’m washing my first load in it now! Amazing and friendly service. Could not recommend them more! Thank you guys!"

"Was not sure at first what To expect here... This place has a great selection. There are plants in here look almost brand new.. We found an amazing deal for a washer and dryer that I cannot find anywhere else. The people there were extremely helpful. And knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they do not accept cards, but they do accept Cash and checks. We found an amazing washer an Dryer combo for less than $500 bucks. On the price tag they list the warranties for them. They also give you information on how to prevent damage to the machines. Our washer and dryer combo came with a 30 day warranty. Most used appliance store are a as is but not this place. They are very helpful if you have any questions. I can legit give this place a five star... Because it was able to change everything I had going on at the time. We saved a significant amount of money And time by going here."

"Horrible. Bought 4 appliances, all which failed within a short time. Dryer had so much lint inside that a real repairman said it was a fire hazard. Rocks in the tumbler. Wasn't aligned so made horrible noise when turned on. Compressor bad in refrigerator. Stove had a burner that overheated plus only one rack. Washer would not allow hot or warm water in. Spin cycles were quite an event. Could have spent a fortune trying to get them back to him but for what purpose since all of them were terrible to begin with. Paid good money too and trusted him."

"Bought a really nice washer and dryer set. We dried two loads in the dryer and it now has no heat. They have no working number listed, i drive all the way back there to see that they're closed Tuesday and Thursday. I left a very long, very detailed note over a week ago and still haven't heard anything. They delivered this to me and it has a 30 day warranty. He said he completely rebuilt the insides but he also made sure to tell me he won't pick our equipment up to fix the warranty issue. This is not how to run a business to gain returning customers. I wouldn't rather went to a rent to own place where u know it will be taken care of and especially come pick it up, since they deliver it. The set had potential to be great but him saying completely rebuilt on the on the inside, what he promised me is also the words that will never make new return to him every again."
