"Bought some boots in October and was never able to wear them as the zipper wouldn’t work. Finally had a chance to return them in February. NOTHING on receipt said any time limit so brought them back. WELL NO RETURN! Now I have boots can’t wear and will NOT shop there any more. BEWARE"
"Store doesn't have any heat or a working heater. Crazy that they still make their employees come in when it's below freezing outside. Edit. Ya'll "addressing" the issue is waiting for a bid on which company will offer the lowest repair quote.. When is should be hiring the fastest repair company. Still ain't fixed! Get what ya pay for so I hope it's fixed by next snowfall for not only the customers, who I think are a good portion of the elderly, but also the employees who had to suffer through that nonsense. They deserve a raise or a big bonus if the company gives a damn bout em.."
"My favorite place to shop for clothes, shoes, purses, etc in Joplin. They have excellent sales and give rewards. We even had professínal photographs taken at an extremely reasonable price."
"They are having a CC promo, and the lady in front of us qualified it took 15 min to process this, and no other cashier available so you wasted my time, and I received no compensation in return. I spoke with a manager and was told they dont have enough staff after 4pm not my problem learn how to schedule.I would think aft 4pm u would need staff so people who work during the day can shop in timley manner aft 4pm."
"Their stock is slowly depleting, every time I go in there they have less and less. Shopped Penny's pretty much all my life. It's becoming more disappointing all the time I would prefer to go in the store to get the correct sizes I thought that would help but no and what's on line is sometimes not what it appears to be sizes are strange but still will continue to shop there until they're gone"
