"Just closed on my house today, and stopped by to look at the two sets of washers and dryers they had in the store. My daughter, fiance and I walked in, looked, and headed right back out to the car because we were in a hurry to go get groceries. One of the workers walked out to our car telling us he was incredibly sorry that there wasn't more washers/dryers to view because inventory was low, but that he had more in the back if we were interested. The man was incredibly nice and respectful. I'll definitely be heading back sometime soon to purchase furniture from them just because of his kind gesture alone."
"I am completely impressed with the time spent with me answering all my questions about purchasing a new appliance. Since I came in on a Saturday, their delivery day, a call was made to see if the delivery team would be finished early, whether they could fit my delivery in, and they did. The follow-through to make sure I had my new appliances was much appreciated. The whole process was uncomplicated, and the kindness of the store employees is many times a rarity in this world today. I highly recommend this business."
"I don’t usually write reviews, but this was by far one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a very long time. I felt no pressure at any time, rather felt welcomed and as if he was invested in finding what worked best for ME! It felt more like talking to a new friend than a sales person. Delivery was arranged completely at my convenience, and the first question asked when they arrived was if I had any furniture they could move for me! Who does that any more?!
