"Ordered a refrigerator march 4 it arrived . Door hinge tweeked and out side of unit bowed. Called lowes called the manufacturer got an appointment for a repair man National repair for the am. Immediately got a text back to disregard the appointment. And was informed they had 72 hours .they tryed to changed the appointment for the pm.. . It is now the 13 th and was told after weekly route they would see if they could fit us in. After 2 am appointments made by the manufacturer and canceled by this national repair center group . They are rude nasty company. Lowes you can do better or hire better repair services."

"I needed a space heater and they were on a higher shelf since spring was coming . I waited 10 minutes for any workers to come by and help. Then went to service desk and they paged 2 people, neither answered so that was all the help he offered. Went back over to area waited 20 minutes then finally saw 2 workers standing around chit chatting. Asked one if he could help and he said let me go get a motorized scaffolding basically and got it for me. Not great look Lowes. The guy who did help I give 5 stars."

"Plant person here......they bottom-watered plants the other day!! Huge step up from the drowning. The people are almost always nice and tend to be helpful without being overbearing."

"I purchased a bbq for my elderly mother that was supposedly next day pickup. Its been a month i have been charged three times refunded twice and then told it was discontinued. I called customer care and they do not care. So now i have a bbg cover with no bbq and an elderly mother who cant cook her dinner. I have called around and they have 4 not even 53 miles away but costumer care said that they called all there stores and distributors but they have none. They are liars and do not care about the elderly. Don't understand how manager's jim and Randy can lie for your face. And Lowe's will not backup what they say, what a disappointment. They just refer you to Customer Care. And you end up with a lady named Christina, which is very rude and will also lie right to you."

"What has happened to this store? Dusty, dirty, disorganized. There were plenty of employees on the floor, but only self checkout with one employee trying to assist. Some of our Items were not shelved properly, so rang at wrong price at checkout. We had to wait in line to check ourselves out, wait again for the one employee to assist and no surprise- every register seemed to require assistance! Then the cashier had no power to fix anything, so you must wait again for the manager. The aisles to the checkout were so cramped that people couldn’t get around to the far registers, which creates more congestion. Perhaps the “managers” should be giving assistance to the situation; directing people, assisting the cashier, clearing space in the aisles, etc., instead of standing off to the side smirking/laughing. Bad customer experience must be funny to them. If you do shop here, better allow plenty of time to wait in line at the registers and hope you can manage any large items by yourself! (There were people buying a shower enclosure and having to check themselves out, in that tiny space!) There are better options in the area, including other Lowe’s in nearby cities."
