"I have to agree that the woman who returned my call was very brusque. I had called looking for day care on Thanksgiving. The website shows a nice picture of a house that looks pleasant. However, when I received a call back after leaving a message, I was told, "We don't bring pets to the office. We bring them to the house." When I asked her if she was saying that she could not bring my pet to her house, her answer was "no, no, no". She didn't offer any further explanation and didn't seem very friendly at all. I'm at a loss as to what the miscommunication was about. I would not call her again."
"Pampered Pet Sitters are awesome. They have cared for our pets for over 10 years. In 2008 while on vacation, one of our dogs had an aneurism and died unexpected. The PPS ladies took care of everything thru our vet, Dr. Wehner, and told us not to come home early. They would not take an extra cent for all their efforts. Yes, a private sitter is more expensive but knowing your pets (family to us) are so cared for and no kennel cough is worth the money."
