"They have boarded our dog twice and our cat once. Our dog gets so excited as soon as we start heading in the door. She is so hyper that it is almost impossible for me to contain her. She loves it there. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are excellent. We have had both our pets vaccines updated and I was shocked how inexpensive it was. Definitely worth the longer drive for us to go there. Always clean reception area with plenty of searing. Wide variety of quality pet foods available to buy."
"This is my Gran Pup Batman . He suffered a heat stroke while helping my son Inlaw an daughter clean their yard ! We rushed him to this clinic THEY TOOK HIM INSIDE PUT HIM IN A ROOM then they turned him away an had my kids drive with him an hr away to lake Charles because they said they were done for the day an didn’t even bother to get his temp down before sending them off . The vet in Louisiana stated that my gran pup would have had a better fighting chance had they not been neglectful but they were an my daughter lost her baby at midnight . I am taking action for this poor choice decision. There is a 50/50 chance for heat stroke pups to survive but with the actions this vet didn’t take it only gave Batman a small window of survival. My house is so broken he wasn’t a pet to us he was family a now he is gone !"
