"I am so relieved that we found this clinic. Dr Seymour performed surgery on my pup to remove an intestinal blockage. He educated me about the process, the risks, and was very open and honest about possible outcomes. The team was so caring, from the front desk to the surgical techs and the kennel techs. Everyone at the clinic made this horrible experience as easy and comforting for me as they possibly could. They were very helpful and I could not be more appreciative and grateful for this team and the care they provided to my dog. Thank you so much."

"Brought my eleven year old chihuahua in for a dental cleaning and they brought her out like this and told me she must have been brought in like that. When I assured him she wasn’t he gave me a dozen excuses including but not limited to: bad reaction to anesthesia (and then retracted saying it was there before they , rubbed it off herself in her face kennel (although there was no hair or blood), someone scraped her face while putting her in the kennel, allergic reaction to her bedding in kennel. Then they had the audacity to hand me a $675 bill including $45 worth of ointment to treat the wound on her face. This place used to be amazing so it was worth the price but since the staff changed it has gone into the toilet."
