"This doctor, Dr. Colwill is responsible for the death of my 3 year old cat due to negligent “care” he provided in December 2021 at LAASER in LA. He had a bladder blockage when he died 2.5-three months after seeing this doctor who diagnosed him as having “behavioral” issues AND after charging me nearly $2k to give me that opinion. They did nothing for my cat and he died 2.5 months later. It’s been three years and I still carry the guilt for my cats death because they told me was he fine and was peeing everywhere due to anxiety. This doctor is “Cornell” trained and he couldn’t catch a simple blockage with all the testing I paid for? I’m sickened by these practices; karma doesn’t forget people doc. Thanks so much for killing my beloved cat."
"My wife and I had to have our cat of 18 years euthanized. We couldn't get an appointment with our vet, and they suggested we come to LBAUC. We are so glad we did. They are super compassionate and very caring. The price was reasonable as well. They sent us a lovely sympathy card, and made a very difficult day easier. I can't thank them enough for being there when we needed them most. Thank you for helping our beloved Chilly Kitty to the other side. I highly recommend LBAUC!"
