Ralphs Pharmacy

"First off, this review is strictly for the pharmacy staff. When the Ralph’s that was closer to me closed down, it was very disappointing. I’ve never met such kind pharmacy staff at any other pharmacy; despite being part of a chain, the pharmacy had an old school mom & pop feel to it. The pharmacists and techs were always friendly & kind, and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers when possible. When they closed, the staff did confirm that the “Carson Ralph’s” also had amazing staff. Well, they were not exaggerating; the techs and pharmacists here are amazing & just as kind as the pharmacy staff at the previous Wardlow and LCD location. Despite having numerous other pharmacies much closer to me, I will continue to use this pharmacy without hesitation!"

"I love this store..we have been going to this Ralph's for the last 15 yrs.Even in the midst of the "Corona virus pandemic" .Several employees are the reason for the love of this store ,Everyone makes us feel special who works there.Tori &Lynn always make me a new batch of " pulled chicken" or ask us if we are happy with the displayed chicken in the deli.When we used to go thru the line Dee, Jose, & Virgina always remember us by name and were quick to help us save money.We love so many of the employees even those who have to deal with the self checkout always makes us smile.Thank u for being a GREAT place to come.."

"The new pharmacists and techs are very dismissive, unhelpful and condescending. I have had nothing but problems filling my monthly prescription for a few months now. I have been a loyal customer here for years, before this new staff change everything was smooth and efficient. This new pharmacy staff seems to go out of their way to help the insurance companies rather than the patients. I really am disappointed and saddened by the change."

"I've been going here with the same prescription for 3+ years from the same doctor. I've seen their techs and pharmacists come and go. I still feel very judged when I drop off my prescription and although there aren't any problems with my insurance nor me trying to fill the prescription early, they always make me wait up to a week. Recently it has become very apparent that they have the medication and simply want to make me wait until they think it's appropriate to fill because it's a controlled substance. If they would only ask me why I need such a high dosage, instead of lie to me, I could explain I'm an aneurysm and stroke survivor and literally cannot function without them."

"Ever since this facility changed personnel, the service has been terrible. Pharmacy was supposed to open at 10AM today and the pharmacist was late. I was told a refill would take 15 mins, and it took 45. When I inquired about the time difference, the tech was rude. This is unprofessional and not something representative of the Kroger Corp."
