"The staff here is absolutely amazing! Bad experiences at other veterinary hospitals caused us to switch to Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital, and we're sooo happy we did. The facility is clean, the staff are wonderfully kind, and overall it's just obvious they care. We recently needed to take our cat in for some issues he was having. Our tech Valerie was super friendly, and extremely helpful in walking us through our intake. She was unbelievably patient as we recounted our pet's history. We next met with Dr. Pador. After going through the details of our cat's condition and offering his recommendation for treatment, he sat and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and like Valerie, extremely patient. Our visit ended checking out at the front desk where the two women helping us couldn't have made the process any easier. All around we cannot recommend this vet enough. We're very grateful to have found them."
"Had a great experience, the waiting and exam rooms were clean and pleasant. Dr. Frank was knowledgeable and personable, and was great with my little teenager cat Nori. It was great knowing that she specializes in feline medicine so I felt like we were in good hands. Nori was a little grumpy today but hopefully he's better for our next visit. Oh and princess buttercup is too cute!"
"I had been going to another local vet recommended by a friend. I never felt the vet liked the fact I had a King Charles as they do have issues. They recommended so many procedures, one was a surgery for her anal glands, I needed a second opinion and took her to Belmont shore as was recommended by another neighbor. Her bowel movements were good and glands were empty. I love my dog oh so very much and am so thankful I did not have to put her into surgery as Belmont said not necessary. So many vets upscale procedures for our loved one. I will pay any amount, please net at the expense of my little girl Mia. Thank you Dr Kincaid!"
"I love this veterinary practice. The front and back office staff were so friendly and professional. Amy (Vet Tech) is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Elyse Frank is the best. She did a very thorough exam on my puppy and discussed treatment options as well as well care and preventive care. She is kind and gentle and smart. The office is spacious and clean, and parking is easy. Thank you all!"
