"I went to Spring Animal Hospital to get a 2nd opinion on a tooth abscess for my 16 year old dog. My vet was really hesitant to do surgery because of his age and a significant heart murmur. The vet was honest with me about the high risk of the surgery and the flip side of staying on antibiotics (eventual liver and intestinal issues. He ran several tests to mitigate the risks during surgery. I chose surgery (2 major extractions, 1 minor and a significant abscess drainage/repair). He completed that morning and my dog was home by 4:30 the same afternoon and is doing really well. His Vet tech/assistant (young man) was outstanding. Made sure I was well informed about the procedure and medications. My Wally is doing incredibly well (1 day post surgery). I truly thought I was going to lose him during surgery but am now confident I will have him for several more years - pain free and full of life. I’m extremely grateful."
"This office is small, rundown and not clean. The vet was rude and hard to understand, he actually seemed scared of animals! The staff and vet were not warm or friendly. It was all about the “recommended “ services or meds to drive up the cost of the visit. I went for a vaccine and the “required” exam. Will never return again."
"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.. Dr Chuy insisted on doing a surgery on my dogs right knee EVEN AFTER READING HER X-RAYS! I then am forced for a second opinion, they then tell me that she sees absolutely nothing wrong and that I should go to a specialist. Turns out my dog had NOTHING wrong with her right leg at all and “Dr” Chuy and his “surgeon” friend were less than 24 hours away from operating on a GOOD leg. Do not trust these people please. I’ve gone here for 2 years and they tried pulling this on me. Imagine if your new… there’s a pic of her standing on her “dislocated knee” playing perfectly fine."
"This location is a great place to make an appointment. They got me scheduled in faster than the other locations. And didn't have to wait too long to be seen. The staff is helpful and kind to pets. Parking is a bit tight but so far that was the only down side that I've had issue with. Recommend this location to all pet parents"
