"The store is nice and has everything you need. However, the grooming department could use more training on the dog nails I had them grinded down and missed a couple entirely. Next time, they barely cut them, and I had to return to have them grounded down more, and they still seem too long. There were other staff who seemed to grind them down perfectly."
"I enrolled myself and Buddy in the dog training classes. We started with the beginning and loved the trainer so much we continued for the intermediate and advanced sessions as well. Buddy has recently graduated and will soon he taking the canine good citizens test but first I wanted to be sure everyone knew how pleased we were with our instructor Patrick Wilson. Not only was he teaching us, but he had a few visiting employees of yours that he was also sharing his expertise with. Patrick was very patient with my Buddy and all the dogs in our classes. His demonstrations were excellent, his tips and secrets were very helpful, and he managed even the most disruptive dogs in class like a pro. I felt we were in great hands as he is extremely knowledgeable in just about every area regarding dogs. I especially loved his little fun facts! His dedication to me and my Buddy during these courses, along with his obvious love of dogs is why I would highly recommend others to sign up for his classes. Patrick is at the Long Beach Towne center off Carson blvd. Buddy and I learned so much that will stay with us always. It was definitely worth the investment into my dog to learn from PATRICK WILSON!!!!"
"Vikki has been cutting my Dog Michael for 18 years. She is incredible. Michael is a sassy old man and is a little (a lot) difficult to work with. She does an amazing job considering. Your the BEST Vikki!!"

"Our dog Tyson stood three nights here and we did not have any problems at all. Check in was fast and smooth. Everyone was very friendly and professional, they took the time to ask about Tysons likes and dislikes. I felt at ease to leave Tyson here with them. Tyson was well cared for and so was his belongings bed, toys, blanket. Tyson will definitely be back here for another stay. Excellent work with Tyson, thank you everyone."
