"This property is beyond beautiful! The grounds are breathtaking. The location is like you get the best of both worlds; that residential type of feeling because of the neighborhood this property is surrounded by. The views you get to have while you are working out is top tier! The way the apartment homes are laid out creates a homey atmosphere and an insane amount of space! Let’s not forget the island in the kitchen! I look forward to making my official move down to California in the future and this is one of the places I enjoyed seeing."

"Renewing my lease here was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made! I initially stayed because they did not increase our rent, but I have definitely paid the price of that mistake. If you enjoy homeless people wandering in the building and trying to enter your apartment, Array La Mesa is perfect for you!! Brought my concerns to management just to be told there is nothing they can do. The only pro to this building is the modern finishes in the apartment, but the cons are: loud trolley horns every 15 minutes, minimal security with random people in and out of the building and people doing drugs in the parking lot!"

"This property is absolutely beautiful. My best friend lives at this property, and after viewing her unit and all the amenities offered to the residents is very appealing. The club house is perfect to rent out for small gatherings, have acres to a gym on the property, along with a pool.I love how spacious the bedroom and bathrooms are. Having a washer and dryer is the icing on the cake. The kitchen is very modern and sleek. I definitely am looking at this for a possible move."

"From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the manager Mark, who did not let me sit there like other places have done in the past. This was the first thing I noticed the second thing was how interested Mark was in helping me make a choice to possibly live at this beautiful property. I also got a chance to meet his lovely assistant co-manager. Both were very friendly and super professional and the vibe was right. This by far is where I want to live in the future and Mark showed me this beautiful property and wow I was hooked, so I will say this place gets five stars and Mark gets 10"

"Felt the need to drop a review after learning about this place. The staff, worked closest with Mark, are really great and friendly. They seem to really care about getting people into the right spot, and not in a pushy way like some places do, as well as care for the property. A bit of a clean freak so appreciate how well the facilities/amenities have been maintained as well as nice and clean. The amenities are some of the best I’ve seen, I love a hot tub and the cabanas are a bonus too."
