"Just like any other rental in San Diego over priced with a management company that wants to do the bare minimum. When I first moved in Consultation management was overseeing the property who had an elderly gentleman who truly cared. He sadly passed away and they switched to Real Asset Management for whatever reason. The new manger is fake nice and condescending. Know that the rent will be raised the max 10% every year. If you need a repair that’s above the skill set of general Maintence then they will make you jump through hoops for the repair. Basically just wait until something falls apart, because you’re made to feel like you’re a liar otherwise. I stay because everyone I know experiences the same things where they live, so just don’t have high hopes anywhere you move that’s ran by a rental agency. A positive is the grounds are maintained fairly well and cleaned regularly. The laundry however always has 1-3 washers that aren’t working. The gym is also a nice addition, but majority of the machines do not work, but the weights are great! Majority of the neighbors are quiet & stick to themselves. They charge for you to pay your rent online witch the other company did not do. So I now take in a check. All in all it’s not terrible, but also not great. Lol!"
"I reached out to the leasing office to enquire about an available unit. I made a simple spelling error will replying to Bill Clines email (typing Bob instead of Bill). He responded with an extremely rude email using phrases like "Firstly my names Bill" to point out the error I had made in my response email. He also tried to belittle be for not reading the Captions in his original email, when I requested a tour starting on the day that he said a unit would be available to tour. Very disrespectful staff. Would not recommend living in a complex that treats people attempting to lease a unit from them like this."
"No Handicap parking and only found one handicap parking up the street a way to walk. No Handicap accessibility. Manager is hardly on property. Any kind of maintenance seems to take forever to get fixed (2 weeks to fix hot water) according to resident. Have to pay extra for parking. Also landscaping is not done often or at all. I would recommend shopping around if you are looking for a place to live this would probably be my last choice. And all this information is just from visiting a friend and getting resident input."
