"It was a great experience during my 2 years of living here. The staffs here Ericka (now Valnea) and Martin are super helpful and friendly and they take care of any issue asap. The building is always in excellent condition."

"This apartment complex is a standout for two reasons: Ericka and Martin. Sure, the place is modern, sleek, and has some nice amenities, but it is those two who make living here such a treat. Never would I expect the building manager to respond in 3 minutes at 10:30 PM when our fridge broke, but sure enough Ericka did and we had access to a backup fridge in minutes to save our food. Not only that, but Martin swapped the dead unit out the next morning. They both go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly and add some conveniences whenever possible. Packages & mail are secure and smooth, and the rooftop is always well maintained. It would be nice if there were a gym here considering it's called "luxury," but since I have access to one it doesn't matter to me."
"I enjoyed my year of living here. Ericka and Martin are super helpful and friendly and they will take care of any issue you have in no time. They keep the building in excellent condition. It's in a great location with many good restaurants just a 5 min walk away. The rooms aren't the biggest but it's laid out well to make use of the space. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the area."
"I’ve recently moved here from Boston, MA and the team has been amazing. Both Ericka and Martin have been so kind and helpful through out my move. They’re so prompt with maintenance requests, and making sure everything is just right with my unit."
