"I am not usually a Family dollar shopper. I may go here twice a year. I think the store always looks messy and very disorganized. The aisles are very small, very crowded. Just not a comfortable shopping experience. But I had a gift card I needed to use. I knew just what I was going in for. So in and out was my goal. When I got to the resister the young lady that checked was kind enough to also help me carry out my purchase. I bought a large bag of dog food and a large bag of toweling. Their carts will not go outside the store, so the young lady took my dog food bag and carried it out to my car. She could have taken the toweling, but she took the heavy and gave me the light. 5 stars to Family dollar on Main and Limekiln Thursday night. Wish I would have caught the young gals name that helped me. But if you read this and worked on Thursday night around 6:30 pm I thank you for your help."

"There's a number of sections that don't have price tags posted on them, so when you get your receipt you can expect one hell of a sticker shock. Also there's plenty of nitwit customers who keep putting stuff back in the wrong isle. You got more than 3 brain cells in your head, so please stop doing that."
"Prices were decent, and managed to pick up a few last minute stocking stuffers the other day. However, a very rude cashier was very loud, rude, and had an "I don't care" attitude when telling me I couldn't use their restroom because of heroin use and theft in the neighborhood. I quickly contacted their corporate offices, and informed my viewers and subscribers on my YouTube and Twitter accounts. Absolutely uncalled for to treat a customer the way I was treated, and how awful of an associate to negatively impact the Family Dollar brand."
