"I called David to ask if he was interested in taking my old dryer. He told me he would give my contact information to his junk pick up service. I asked if he knew the time frame on the dryer pick up and he said "It could be 5 minutes or 5 days". When I said that I was going to call around to see if someone else could give me a more specific time frame for a pick up, David said "Well, don't call me back". He can be certain that I will not and would recommend that no one else call him either."

"UNBELIVABLY GREAT SERVICE!! I purchased parts for my gas dryer from David's. The parts were fairly priced and he had them in stock. The thing that stands out was his desire to help me out. I had come from an hour away on a Saturday, and realized when I arrived at the business that I had forgotten my wallet. Not only was he kind enough to let me mail him a check, he also showed me, on a dryer he had there, the correct way to access the part location. I will also mention that a direct competitor in the area had the part, and was 50% more expensive. Great job and thanks, David"

"We have a 2 year old washer that had a leak. Called David's Repair and set up a service call (my husband took off work to be home when he came). An hour or so before he was scheduled to arrive he called to say he wouldn't be coming because we lived too far away. What a joke....we live outside of Pulaski. He had our address well in advance. He tried to tell us we lived on a different road than we do. Pretty sure we know where we live. He proceeded to ask a few questions about the washer and basically told us the Kenmore Elite isn't worth fixing and we were better off to take a hammer to it. I'm so glad we didn't take his advice. We called Bay Tech Appliance Repair. They arrived on Monday and fixed the machine for $100 (there was a blockage in the bleach dispenser drain hole). They were awesome. What great service. So glad we didn't listen to David's Repair and take a hammer to our washer!!!!"
