"I scheduled Roy to come out to look at my dishwasher. I took a half day off work to have him come out to tell me he doesn’t repair dishwashers and I should buy a new one. He said it’s just too much work for him. He then gave me his card that says among other things he repairs dishwashers. No dude, you don’t. What a waste of my time. For the record my top rack of my dishwasher came off the rails. The dishwasher still functions, I’m still using the dishwasher bottom shelf only. I just need the top shelf reinstalled. This is his “too big to repair” job. Fortunately, this home visit was no charge. So if you want to take a half day off to have a guy tell you he doesn’t do what he says he does and waste your time, you really can’t beat Roy."

"I have used Roy's Appliance for washer, dryer, fridge and now stove issues. Excellent work. When our fridge was on the blink he said he could repair it but wouldn't last too long. I highly recommend Roy."

"Told him my Samsung dryer wasn't heating. Gave him the make and model number of it. So he shows up and doesn't have the part on his truck. So he comes back later and replaces a belt, heat element and some small plastic pulley. He charges me $350. and when I start the dryer it makes this LOUD SQUEAKING NOISE like from a belt!!! I will NEVER call Roy's Appliance again. Also, he gave me his card that says he is located on Packerland Drive with 35 years experience. This website says Lacona Court with 6 years experience. Both have the same phone number and email address. WTH!"

"Roy's Appliance came over at our home to inspect an issue with our Whirlpool dishwasher which we could not fix ourselves. After opening some panels he mentioned he would have to call his supplier for a part, said he would be back the same day and have not heard from him two days later. He seemed pretty nice but better communication would help."

"I noticed that my dryer was working but not drying clothes. Of course I googled these symptoms and found a number of issues it could have been including a clogged dryer vent, bad heating core, bad thermostat or even a bad fuse. It turned out none of those were true and had I simply called Roy to begin with I would have saved myself a small headache and time. I asked about availability and he was able to come out the same day and not only diagnose my problem (bad / dangerous burned wire on the power cord) but fix it fairly quickly. Roy's appliance will be my first call in the event I need future repairs on any of my appliances."
