"Needed warranty parts and Mr. Appliance took care of that after I proved to LG that parts were under warranty. They fixed dishwasher as soon as parts came in. Price for labor was very reasonable considering they came to my house 2 times."

"Hunter, the tech that came out was awesome. He was knowledgeable, decisive, and listened to what I had done to solve my issue so far. He adapted his diagnostic to check for a different problem after agreeing with what I solved already. He replaced the part quickly and it was back in working order. Scheduling, not as awesome. They got to my house several days sooner then requested which was nice but the dispatcher said my tech would be at my home for 2pm or shortly after. I left work early to ensure I was there for 2pm but my tech got to my home at 3:15. I know it's tough to estimate the time it takes for each job prior to mine but it would have been nicer to keep me in the loop. I could have stayed at work and hour longer had they checked in with the tech to know when he'd be moving on. They do send a picture and name of the tech before they arrive which is comforting so you're secure in knowing who's coming to your house. The pricing was fine, expect a couple hundred at least. Could I have fixed it myself, probably after seeing what they did. However I didn't know how to diagnosis this issue or fix it so I paid for Hunter's great knowledge base and the part he replaced. I would likely use this service again."
