"I took the morning off work to be at home for the delivery. Toward the end of the delivery window I received a call telling me the delivery needed to be rescheduled because the truck wouldn't start. The dryer was delivered the following day but the workers never leveled the dryer, which would be part of a normal setup/installation. Although I think some adjustment should have been made for the delivery issue, I understand that truck issues randomly happen. The leveling issue issue is not understandable - it's basic installation protocol."
