Considering Best Buy is supposed to be considered like a specialty electronic store I would think that they would know more about the products they sell."
"Went to return some cables I bought last November. They would not take them back saying they only have a two week return window. If these were seasonal items I can understand but they are something that they sell regularly. They are unopened current product. The salesperson I was working with gave me three different cables and said just bring back what you don't need. Now I'm stuck with nearly $50.00 worth of stuff I don't need."
"Hard to find service once you get past the greater at the door. Went in for a universal remote. Waited for someone to help me about 10 minutes. Then had to go in search of an employee. Good thing I did. Otherwise I would have walked out with the wrong remote. I went here on purpose because I thought, if anyone could help me with my particular issue I was having with my TV, this would be the place to go. But if I just get pointed in the direction of the item I am looking for, with no additional help once I get there. I may need to look elsewhere next time???"
"Went to get my battery replaced for my phone. Was nervous as it was my first time doing so and wasn’t sure how long the wait would be. Had a great experience with Geek Squad. Shayla checked me in early (thank you so much!) and was super efficient, kind and explained everything so well. The wait was only 2 hours. My phone works so much better now. Thank you! I’m so glad I went to this Best Buy for this service. I’d recommend it to anyone. I’m really happy with my experience and it’s thanks to Shayla and the Geek Squad that it all went so smoothly."
