"The employees are pretty weird. They send out their delivery guy like some mafia henchman to collect money that was already paid a day prior. Apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Super embarrassing. When renting from here not only do you pay monetarily, but you pay with your dignity. Poor practice."
"I have spent thousands of dollars @ specifically Military Ave location in Green Bay Wis..have gotten several paid off things..latest contract is with a kitchen dinette..they delivered the table and chairs with dings scratches etc..when I called to address it they did nothing with it for 30 plus days so I complain again..spoke with Mike the area regional manager got 2 weeks which is half of month payment and then I paid the remaining 2 week on that..I pay monthly..total of 18 payments..I have them mail me the recipt..I have 15.5 payments remaining so when I called questioning it I was told by the store manager that all they did was stretch out the maturity date that I still owe the payment..are you kidding me..after I pay this off. Lebakkens has lost a long time customer. I will gladly use Get it now..this is poor business practices and I honestly am disgusted with them in general"

"These amazing people continue to wow us with amazing service! We've been going through financial issues where we were late on our payments a few times, but these folks are very understanding and always accommodate us! Also had an issue with the laptop I was renting and they gave me a good loaner while they sent it in for repair, which came back two or three weeks later. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!!!"
