"Fun place to shop, but once you actually do business with them on big items, everything about the experience sucks. I waited months for them to deliver my washer/dryer and then they show up on a random unscheduled day when I am gone."
"As a contractor, I spend tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot every year. I had some flooring to return from a job. After the 90 day return policy it needs to be returned for store credit. I had no problem with that! They could see the receipt for my purchase in their system, but we’re unable to use it to return. They tried doing the return with no receipt, and they said that they have a third-party system that was blocking the return. I spoke with the manager, and he said that he “attempted to override it, but there was nothing he could do.” This seems like a really easy way to not have to take returns when you don’t want to. I returned an item to Menards on the same day, and was given no issue and was refunded store credited immediately. I guess customer service isn’t very important to Home Depot. We will be taking our business elsewhere."
"We ordered a snow blower at this location and they were so great!! We had our snow blower in 4 days …customer service was so helpful and we couldn’t believe how quickly we received the order and how helpful they were . Thank you Home Depot !!!!"
