"I went here the other night to buy a couch and loveseat that was on sale/clearance. The girl at the hardware desk had to call her assistant manager for help. He told us that both were special order and that that couch was available but the loveseat was sold out. I asked if we could buy the floor model and he said no. Two days later, the loveseat is gone from the store (obviously sold to someone else). I'm guessing it was late at night and they didn't want to deal with it."
"Watched other vehicles pick up orders while we waited 40 minutes to pick up 1 shower door. Slower then a sloth in the pickup area."
