"I was told at the store that someone would be calling me to set up the time for a service call to install my new printer (was on the phone with HP for 4 hours yesterday!). The service call is more $ than the HP Printer was. Anyway, no one called me all day today...I called them and was told they were be coming "around" 1:30. The gal I talked with was nice, but said if I wanted to know when they would be coming out to make the service all I SHOULD CALL THEM. Total lack of coordination, right hand, left hand sort of thing!"
