"Really disappointed. The wood burning insert was installed off-center, lopsided, and not remotely fitted to the existing space. Their solution was to use black spray paint to conceal the original red brick in an attempt to make the ill-fitting insert appear to fit in. When they later returned with a "solution" it was also a fail."
"Our pilot light went out on our less than a year old fireplace about a week and a half ago. I called and same day, Jay not only returned my call to discuss the issue, but was also able to get out and service the fireplace SAME DAY - even though, the issue was more than the pilot not lighting, the main control valve needed replacement. Knowing this was going to be a longer job, instead of rescheduling for over a month out, Jay and his partner were able to service the equipment day of and get our fireplace working again! All before the holiday season! We greatly appreciate the efficient work! Thank you Jay, and The Energy Shop!"

"Just had the guys install this gas insert. Every interaction with this company was a good. Sales team was helpful, install team was prompt and gray to work with. And wow does this one pump out the heat! LOVE it! 5 month Update: great service after the sale too! Called the store today to get help with pairing my remote. Love them even more! I wish more companies treated their customers this good. SO happy with chose you guys. Keep it up. ❤️"
"Went to a competitor prior to going to the Energy Shop and was not acknowledged after 25 minutes and walked out.. Decided to check out the Energy Shop for another option and was greeted by Matt (possible owner) and his customer service was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and prompt as he set up an appointment for the following day to look at my fireplace to see what my options would be.. very helpful. I look forward to working with him :)...update, end result was a success, we love the fireplace and is much more convenient to use, the crew that came to do the install was professional and did a great job, thank you"
