"The store is nice, but the worst experience I ever had, I literally had to wait 1 hour with my mother , while Daniel was figuring out how to ring us up. He kept voiding and re adding the items I wanted to buy for 1 hr, and on top of that, the manager Natali could not help as well. In the end, all they said was thank u for ur patience. Will not go back their. Worst experience!!! Unbelievable. Not willing to work with customers."

"This was a truly exceptional experience. I spent quite a lot of time selecting items for my new house. Irene C helped me and when we picked items, she carefully examined each and every one. Irene said, she will pack them up for me. Two days later, I went to pick up 5 boxes. The items were carefully wrapped when I opened them. I was so appreciated, I sensed that this person really cared.
