"No more curbside. Online order pick up was changed to self-pick up, which is unattended at the very back of the store. It would have been faster for me to go in and buy the item. Nothing prevents theft of your item either - there is no verification or staff to talk to. This is just theft waiting to happen."
"I received a $150 gift card and found literally NOTHING TO BUY. They had nothing in stock in a normal size (M, L , or XL) for any name brands…Nike, Champion, Adidas…etc. Everything was either extremely small, or xxl or xxxl sized clothing (or bigger!!). Top it off nothing matched, as they had bottoms without matching tops and tops without matching bottoms for athletic gear. Complete joke in store, so I tried online. It was a bit better, but not much. Seriously wondering if this store is owned by an elf and a giant. Whoever does their buying is a complete MORON! Long story short, don’t bother. I’m gonna sell my gift card online as this place is a waste of time and effort."
"Lately I have found myself here during the holidays. I don’t like spending a lot on name brand items, and I will during sales. If you are looking for quality or gifts during the holidays, I would say this could be a good spot. They also have Sephora, which my girlfriend loves."
"This is not your average department store, if you don’t come prepared you will not get the best savings. They have everything from shoes to microwaves and great prices on toys for kids birthday parties. Store was very clean and well organized, although this is the third time they have changed the store around in a month. Really cheesed off my wife something good. They do have restrooms there and a large assortment of men’s fragrances. Beware of the impulse buys, the chocolates will get you."
