"This is the worst customer service and automotive dept ever. Fought with them for 90 minutes over a defective battery under warranty just to do an exchange. That they finally returned. I had to listen to complaining employees about how they don't get paid enough to do there job. Horrible management and they don't know there own return policy. Go somewhere else if you need tires or batteries or an oil change. I won't be back."
"Pretty packed when I always go but grateful deals clean also awesome clearance deals that best I’ve seen thus far there’s a fedex inside also fast food station . Nice employees And money station separate from customer service dep which is always grateful. Did I mention they have Grate Customer service."
"Reviewing the Auto Center as I have been getting oil changes there over the last few years now. I was skeptical at first, I am sure you can guess a few reasons why (and probably be right). To my surprise however, I don't want to go anywhere else to get them now. Granted the wait times can be lengthy but they get the job done, the staff is friendly, and the price is right! Steve is great, he's honest, and just pleasant to chat with. I drop off and then wander into the store to pick up (probably more than I need) but the time goes quickly and next thing I know I am rushing to self-checkout because I received the text alerting me that my car is ready to be picked up! It works out well."
