"I recently visited this store and was impressed by their extensive collection of items. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the employees towards each other. They seemed disinterested in assisting each other and even made faces when approached for help. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it left a negative impression on my overall shopping experience. The lady ( Bianca- If i my saying the name right) did her best to help us but the other lady (Mary) and the guy seemed totally reluctant in helping her even though we were the inly customers in the store for an hour. I've decided not to shop here again and would prefer to buy from online william sonoma."
"This is an outstanding store. I always enjoy rummaging through their stuff. The employees are pleasant but not pushy at all. One of the employees offered me a cappuccino while I shopped today, which was nice. I didn't get anything today but saw a few things I was interested in."
"Bought the olive wood tongs for a pretty penny for my Le Creuset set. The wood cracked while in a drawer, used only twice. I called the main customer service and they referred me to the store. So, I called the store and they would replace if I went in person, but I live 2 hours away. Silly me for spending almost 50 bucks on something I thought would last a lifetime."

Between all the cool gadgets that make cooking so much easier for me in my busy life, and the super-friendly staff who are always so gracious about explaining/demonstrating everything, I find myself looking for reasons to go searching for my next new toy. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go check it out. This place has all the latest stuff, and the folks who work there always seem eager to make it a great experience."
