"Clung onto and fixed my Hoover as long as possible then moved onto a Shark, which nicked cabinets, was bulky and you get to clean twice-once w/Shark then again clean the cannister. Finally, went here and Howard was incredible, matched my needs to the perfect vacuum (Riccar pet). Spent more but now I can stop buying vacuums that are lacking and fall apart. 2 long hair, large dogs, vacuum 2-3/week. Riccar is lighweight, simple, powerful, and I enjoy vacuuming now! Plus, no doggie smell spews from the bag while vacuuming with Riccar. Excellent warranty, metal instead of plastic roller. This is an amazing vacuum. Thanks Howard!"

"I took my vacuum in for repair and was told that it was clogged up and needed a tune up for $130. I told him I got it on a Christmas special for $119. He told me i was mistaken because no way would i be able to buy my vacuum for that price after much discussion I left it for repair. Then next day it was advertised again for 119. I called him to cancel it. He said they had just finished it and it was ready do or pick. I drove back and picked it u for $120. It still was not working so back to the shop. They insisted I had clogged it again and accepted no blame. The visit was free as part of the warranty. A young guy was there when I picked it up insisting that it was my fault. I got it home and it is still broken! I felt scammed and not . BEWARE"

"The customer service I received was exemplary. Greeted at the curb, polite, responsive. Showroom is clean, organized, etc. Impressive... I brought my vacuum in for a free estimate. However, what was not clear was that the minimum labor charge for any repair is $120.00. I would have liked to have known that in advance. That minimum rate is out of my price range. Since it was a bit of a drive to get there, plus a week wait on the estimate, then another trip up to retrieve my vacuum, it could have saved me gas, time, and inconvenience knowing that information up front. They seem very competent, polite and knowledgeable, and I was impressed with this business. If my budget was a little looser I might have let them proceed with the repair. If I can find no other option, I may yet bring my vacuum in for repair... just be aware there is a minimum repair cost of $120.00."

"I was completely impressed by the customer service of Howard and the young lady working behind the counter. Both were kind and courteous both times I went in, once to drop the vacuum off to have it repaired and second when I picked it up. In my humble opinion this is what customer service is all about thank you so much Howard. They have my business for life! God Bless."

"I had a wonderful experience buying a vacuum with Howard (owner). I knew I wanted a Miele but didn’t know which one. He perfectly described the differences between the different models and made my purchase choice perfectly clear. I’ve never been so comfortable buying a high end item in my life! I am confident that Howard and his store will take good care of me with future purchases, questions, or service that may be needed. After using it for the first time today, I am in love! I will definitely be going back when I’m in the market for a sewing machine too! Thank you Howard!"
