"Not super thrilled with the warranty/ protecting plan; at time of purchase for the Samsung Galaxy Tablet salesperson said "since Best Buy isn't authorized to work on Samsung products, anytime there is an issue where I need to use the warranty BESTBUY WILL SWAP OUT the tablet for one of the shelf ** NOT ** send it out for repair. You won't wait, you just walk in, do exchange and leave with a new tablet." Well, guess what.....cracked my screen Wednesday- not a swap - it's being shipped to KY; going to take 4-6 Weeks!! It should be illegal for sales to promise this and then Geek Squad tells us the exact opposite!"

"Terrible customer service if you have a problem with anything! Best Buy does not stand behind the products they sell! I would give them a ZERO if I could. LAST TIME I WILL EVER MAKE A PURCHSE FROM BEST BUY!"

"Terrible terrible customer service. The warranty at geek squad doesn’t want to fix anything , we paid for it basically for nothing. We bought a laptop that was broken the day we opened the box and we were told that we could not bring it back or get it fixed without paying $100. The manager made geek squad waive the fee but the geek squad customer service to Best Buy customer service is just terrible, rude, short, disrespectful & dismantled, nobody knows how to communicate apparently. No equity whatsoever. This location needs some serious training on how to treat customers when they walk through the door!! So disappointing, go to a diff location. Do not shop at this store."

"Be aware of every specific detail of your delivery to avoid issues***************************** My new washer/dryer was fairly priced and operates correctly and does a great job cleaning my clothes. Unfortunately Best buy did not complete my delivery. I was told that it needed to be on the paperwork to reverse the door direction. The drivers were here they had plenty of time to do it but said if the paperwork doesn't say reverse the door they can't reverse the door. It is super inconvenient in my laundry room to have the dryer door open to the right. I could not have made this delivery easier for these drivers and personally I think they could have handled it for me. I had the driveway clear the whole path cleared and the laundry room was wide open. Delivery driver says it's standard for the door to open to the right on the dryer and in the opposite direction on the washer. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know which direction would be standard on a dryer so im not sure how i would know to request a door direction switch. I was told it was going to be $150 for them to return at my cost. The delivery man that was here could have probably done it in 10 minutes since he does it every day. The delivery driver's said quote we are just a subcontractor and we have to follow the instructions on the paperwork. I was told that their is no way to add a door direction switch when the delivery is underway. They threw Best Buy right underneath the bus and claimed no blame. I tried to contact Best buy to correct this but was unable to reach anyone."

"The store has been completely remodeled with a new and inviting layout. Compared pricing to Amazon for what we were purchasing and the price was identical. Customer service was excellent."
