"We have been going to Klein for 12+ years. They do a fabulous job and are great with our 3 pets. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we we took our 8 month old puppy in to be spayed. I signed that if they had to remove baby teeth if needed. My pups had 5 baby teeth removed (didn’t know she had 5) and it costed us an extra 500 dollars to remove the teeth. 1200 for the entire day. I would recommend examining the teeth before the procedure so a correct estimate can be given. Our estimate was 650-800 and we paid almost 1200. I was shocked by the amount. I honestly would have taken her somewhere else if I knew this was the price. I called around before scheduling and the most I got for an estimate was 400.. But I trust the clinic so we decided to take her to her own vet"

"Took my puppy Hope here for her first appointment this morning ( 1/27/2024.) Hope was very nervous but the staff was so caring and compassionate! If you’re looking for a veterinarian I HIGHLY recommend Klein!"

"Klein has friendly staff, clean facilities, patient and caring veterinarians and assistants, and my dog isn't afraid to come here. Actually he loves it as he knows that if he obeys orders he gets treats. They are also very helpful in getting paperwork sent out to establishments that require shot records. Appointments are normally scheduled out a week to 10 days."

"I definitely would not recommend these guys. I had been taking my pets there for at least 6 years. One of my pups caught the mystery illness that is going around. After trying to treat it for about 6 weeks we were going to try an inhaler. I needed a prescription and chose to order through their supplier on their website. I wanted to get it ASAP and chose next day shipment but someone at Klein needed to approve it first. It took about 4 hours to just find out what drug and where to get it from and another 5 hours to just approve the order and that was after several calls trying to push them to approve in time. Turns out it still missed the cutoff time so I canceled it and wanted to get a paper prescription to get it locally. The following morning the Dr called me up to question why I canceled it and to lecture me about her getting pulled out of an appointment to approve this prescription. I stopped in to pick up the prescription and that same Dr had to bring the prescription out and then continue to lecture me on how it wasn’t called for for me to have her pulled out of an appointment to approve the prescription. She was definitely rude, unprofessional and unnecessary of her to lay into me. I regret nothing I had done as I felt my dog shouldn’t have had to be in discomfort for an extra day due to their inabilities to balance their patient care. Found a new vet that it the best and is also less expensive than Klein."

"I have been with Klein with my 2 Doxies. They are always really nice and loving to my guys. The front office staff very nice and willing to help with anything I can. In fact, when I was setting up pet insurance, one of the ladies called their rep to see if there was any savings or information they could do for me. It seem a little true that you can wait a little bit, but it seems no longer than at my old vet's place. Really like these guys and I will continue to use them."
